Firstly, don't worry... sometimes this happens and we're used to working around it. 

• If your flight is delayed or diverted, email us and let us know your flight number.
• We'll monitor the flight so that we know where you are enroute and when to expect you.
• If you've been diverted to another airport, such as Malaga, the airline will organise a transfer to take you to Gibraltar Airport.
• On arrival at E1, head to floor 15 to collect your key and access your suite.
